Jonathan Moss, MBA, FHFMA
Founder & President
After earning his BA (Wesleyan University – Psychology/Sociology) and MBA (Boston University – Healthcare Administration/Organizational Behavior), he was a manager for a Big Three accounting firm in their consulting division where his clients were mainly hospitals, health systems and insurance companies. Since 1997, Jonathan has specialized in revenue, bad debt, credit resolution and recoveries. Since 2001, he has worked in revenue operations and project management for a four-hospital health system with 1200 employed clinicians. Since 2016, their revenue operations have ranked in the Top 5 of Vizient’s National Billing Office Survey – attaining a #1 Ranking for Fiscal Year 2019. In addition to his teams’ success in finance and revenue operations, Jonathan has continued to fuel his ‘softer side’ by completing the Stanford WellMD Well-Being Directors course and making distinct contributions to employee engagement, clinician wellness and education. He meets regularly with medical residents to discuss cost consciousness and value-based trends. In addition, he served as co-chair on the coordinating committee of the annual revenue cycle conference (@ Gillette Stadium) for the Massachusetts-Rhode Island Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) where Jonathan is a Fellow (FHFMA).
Outside his professional work, Jonathan is a former member of United States National Rowing Team where his team won the 1993 World Championships. He has taken the passion for sport to drive his efforts as founder of the Pioneer Valley Riverfront Club which has made healthy lifestyle choices and riverfront recreation accessible to the Greater Springfield Massachusetts region. Hundreds of youth and adults have learned and enjoyed rowing, paddling, dragon boating and other fitness programs as a result.

Northside Resolution, LLC
Driven by performance, perseverance and the benefits able to be brought to organizations, employees and their community, Jonathan founded Northside Resolution in early 2020 to provide advisory services across the gamut of well-being, revenue management, growth strategies and unclaimed property recovery. Founded just prior to the COVID-19 emergency declaration, Northside Resolution ‘came of age’ in a pandemic and seeks to support organizations to help fund their ‘new normal operations.’
